From the Nurses Desk

If your child requires medication to be administered during the school day, please remember you will need to pick up paperwork from the school health office to be signed by the physician and parent. This includes over the counter medications. Your child’s name must be on the
medication/box.

If your child has a medical condition and/or they have a new diagnosis since you filled out the health form for SY25-26, please make the school nurse aware by emailing the nurse at amber.williams@dodea.edu

If your child received any immunizations over the summer, don’t forget to sent an updated immunization record to the school nurse’s office. Please do the same if they receive any immunizations during the school year.

We welcome birthday treats. If you want to send birthday cupcakes or other store bought baked goods, you must request this in writing to the teacher and nurse at least one week prior. This will allow the nurse to check allergies and contact parents of those students so they can provide an alternative snack for their child.
